Raymond Weil Genève is a Swiss luxury watchmaker, founded in 1976 in Geneva. It is a family business founded by Raymond Weil (1926-2014) and now run by Olivier Bernheim (Weils Schwiegersohn) and his two sons, Elie and Pierre Bernheim. It is one of the last independent brands in the Swiss watch industry.

Raymond Weil created the brand, which bears his name in 1976 – a time of crisis for the watch industry. He founded his sales network first in Europe and then worldwide.

Weils Schwiegersohn Olivier Bernheim joined the company in 1982 after several years in marketing for Heineken and Unilever. He is appointed President and CEO in 1996 and has since been working on the brand’s global presence.

Elie and Pierre Bernheim, the sons of Olivier Bernheim, have been a member of the company since 2006. Elie Bernheim (co-founder of 88 RUE DU RHONE) works as a marketing director and works on the strategic development of the brand while maintaining her family identity. Pierre is Sales Director and works on the development of new markets.
